The swimming pool

The heated swimming pool is 9 metres long and 5 metres wide (nearly 30' by 16' 6") with a gently sloping Spanish staircase for those who like to get wet slowly. It is 1.2 metres deep (approx. 4') at the shallow end and around all the sides, sloping to 1.6 metres (5' 4") in front of the diving platform for those who like to get wet quickly. This depth makes it enjoyable for swimmers and non-swimmers alike.

The surrounds are tiled and there is a solar-heated shower.
