- Prices include all household linens, water, electricity, central heating and cleaning.
- High season lettings are by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
- For lettings of two consecutive weeks there is a 5% reduction for the second week. Third, and succeeding, consecutive weeks attract a reduction of 7.5%.
- Low and intermediate season 3-night lettings are for the nights of Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Individual rooms available on a B&B basis in low and intermediate seasons: 100 euros per night.
- Special rates are available for long winter lets.
- The above prices do not include visitors' tax (taxe de séjour) currently 0.90 euro per person per night.
- Brush up your French! By special arrangement.
- The entire house is available for hire for special occasions.
- All bedrooms are en-suite; all apartments have British, American and French TV programmes.
- We welcome children over the age of 12 years.
- We regret that we do not accept pets.
