Dinner: 30 euros for three courses, aperitif and 1/2 bottle wine

• Prices include all household linens, water, electricity, central heating and cleaning.
• High season lettings are by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
• Low and intermediate season 3-night lettings are for the nights of Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• If neither one-bedroomed apartment is available, a reduced rate will be offered on a 2-bedroomed apartment to a couple using just one of the en-suite bedrooms.
• Individual rooms are available on a B&B basis in low and intermediate seasons: 100 euros per night.
• Special rates are available for long winter lets.
• The above prices do not include visitors' tax (taxe de séjour) 1.10 euro per person per night.
• The entire house is available for hire for special occasions.
• All bedrooms are en-suite; all apartments have British, American and French TV programmes.
• We welcome children over the age of 12 years.
• We regret that we do not accept your pets – share ours.
