The Jardin is an unusual duplex apartment. Its front door leads from the house’s entrance hall to the living room, with its traditional terra cotta tiled floor. Its furniture reflects the apartment’s name, with cane armchairs and coffee table as well as ivy-patterned ironwork cane chairs and glass-topped dining table. French windows give onto a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs, screened from the rest of the garden by a pergola.
An oak staircase leads from the living room to a large, light bedroom, which can be made up with either a king-size or twin beds. There is a pine wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and a desk.
The large, bright bathroom has a bath with bath/shower taps and a washbasin set in a vanitory unit. There is a separate WC.
